  We did the day trip from Fez to Chefchaouen. The company was very easy to work with and responsive. They did try to up sell a Fez tour as well,... read more despite me repeatedly saying no. Only a slight annoyance.

The price is high, but was worth it for us. It gets you a driver for the 3.5 hour trip each way, and then you get let out in Chefchaouen to walk around at your leisure. The old city is pretty small. You can basically do everything you want to in 2-3 hrs plus lunch. And it was all at our own speed.

Our driver, Fouad, was simply amazing. He earned this 5 star review. He was very friendly and easygoing. He knew when we wanted to talk and when we wanted to just chill in the car. He took us to some nice view points as well, but it never felt like a tourism shopping trip. The most amazing thing he did was take us to a local restaurant (only Moroccans eating there) for a cheap and amazingly delicious meal. He offered it as an option, but it was never pushy. We never felt pressured by anything, which was really nice. I got to know him a little over the return trip, and found him to be a hardworking and earnest guy. He even stopped at a local grocery store so we could pick up something nice to drink. We were very impressed.

I’m short, if you’re willing to foot the bill it’s a good company who, for our limited experience of one, employs great drivers.
